Brick making requires the efficient storage, transfer and mixing of clay dust. This project incorporates all these elements.
The requirement was to bring six existing bins back into commission using a single troughed belt, collection conveyor which would deliver to a new pug mill system. This meant that new belt feeders, new chutes, new conveyors and new access ways were required that matched into the existing buildings. All these items were sized, designed and detailed by Beach Wagner for this brownfield site.
