Beach Wagner in cooperation with Queensland Rail completes another rail infrastructure track maintenance vehicle driver protection frame.
Rail maintenance vehicles are commonly provided with a thin wall, non-structurally rated, operator cabin. Beach Wagner has worked with Queensland Rail to develop a robust, chassis mounted structure to provide increased protection to railway workers. The machine pictured is the third successful protection frame to be fitted to a maintenance vehicle.
Beach Wagner has worked on a many rail related projects in the areas of lifting, access, productivity improvement, wagon design, shunt and draft loads and engineering investigations.
